PUSH! A Party for Reproductive Justice

PUSH! A Party for Reproductive Justice is a full day of activities on Sunday, September 28th, beginning with an afternoon Feminist Find Scavenger Hunt and ending with a party at the Five Spot in Little Five Points. PUSH!, formerly known as Choice Celebration, encompasses exciting fundraising and leadership development opportunities for new and current FWHC volunteers. The activities for PUSH! include a scavenger hunt, food, prizes, a silent auction, acoustic artists, an awards ceremony, a photobooth, local headlining band Judi Chicago, and much more. This annual fundraiser supports two well known Feminist Women’s Health Center programs --- Young Women’s Leadership Project as well as the Lifting Latina Voices Initiative. PUSH! celebrates more than the right to choose; but the inclusivity and intersectionality of reproductive justice: the right to demand healthy environments, economic stability, healthy living, individual privacy, affordable health care, parent with dignity, and decide whether or when to have children.
