Young Women's Leadership

“I’ve really felt myself shift from a position of political apathy and helplessness into a feeling that I really could get involved, learn the System, and make a difference.”
-Hillary, Project Graduate & Activist

We have a Young Women's Leadership Project that includes workshops and a variety of learning experiences and volunteer projects in grassroots organizing, advocacy, fundraising events, internships, and health education. Although we cannot describe this activity in one sentence, we thought it would be important to highlight that we have a specific project that is about developing young women leaders for the progressive movement. After all, since the Project was implemented in 1999, over 1800 young women have graduated from the Project - join us so that you can find your own way to protecting and advancing women's health!

Please check our Volunteer Opportunities Schedule and we hope you sign up for our next workshop and get involved now!

To learn more about the Project, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 to view the following brochure on the Young Women's Leadership Project.

Requirements: None, just a willingness to get involved.
